Yep, Im on week 13 and into my second trimester. My baby is forming teeth and vocal cords, and is approaching normal proportions, with a head now only one third the size of the body. Intestines are also in the process of moving from the umbilical cord to baby's tummy.
Whats ironic about the "Peach" is that this morning is Jeff's first day at his new job and we woke up at 4am and got him to work by 5 am. WOW- way to early for me to be chauffeuring him around. Anyways this morning I grabbed myself a snack to take with us and I actually grabbed a peach to eat. Lol, i just found it a little ironic.
Im pretty excited for this week because on Friday I get to see my first ultrasound of my baby. Jeff is going to take the day off and my sister Danni (twin) is also going to be there. Im so excited and am ready for this week to go by fast. But there is quite a few things this week that are going to preoccupy my mind: This being Jeff's first week at his new job, I have a WIC appointment this week and get my second batch of checks and we are also waiting on feedback from our realtor on our offer. As for right now- Im going to be the"housewife" and clean the house, do some laundry and get dinner ready for my hubby when he gets home!
